Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, which includes washing equipment and service ware, receiving and distributing deliveries, proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room, trash removal and floor maintenance. Wash, sanitize and maintain food production equipment and service ware determined by the supervisor and the cleaning schedule. Lift, move and store food, food containers and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height up to approximately 35 pounds. Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, and stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms via supervisor's instructions. Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations. This position may be called upon to perform other job related duties as determined by the supervisor. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
