Executive Assistant About the Role: We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly the CEO and founder of BELONG NYC, in a unique, hybrid role supporting both BELONG as well as the marketing department of the Altamarea Group, a global hospitality company with over 20 restaurants worldwide. This isn't a typical assistant position; we're seeking someone with a dynamic blend of creativity, adaptability, and hustle who can think, act, and work with our CEO, stepping up to make an impact across both brands. Responsibilities: Social Media and Copywriting: Craft compelling, on-brand social media posts and marketing copy for BELONG NYC and Altamarea Group. Support with content strategy and creation to ensure consistent voice, engagement, and growth across platforms. Project Management: Organize and manage projects across both BELONG NYC and Altamarea Group, adapting to shifting priorities and wearing multiple hats in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, meeting coordination, email management, and document preparation. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and partnership opportunities for both BELONG NYC and Altamarea Group's marketing needs. Guest Relations and Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for guests at BELONG NYC. Provide on-site guest relations support, handling inquiries and maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. Daily Housekeeping Tasks: Assist with on-site housekeeping responsibilities, including light cleaning, organization, and preparing the space for guests each day. Event and Partnership Support: Assist with event planning, guest coordination, and partnership outreach to expand both brands' reach and engagement. General Support and Flexibility: No task is too small. Be ready to jump in wherever needed, whether it's setting up for an event, refining a press release, or managing onsite needs. Requirements: Proficiency in social media and Content Creation: A skilled communicator with experience in content creation and managing brand accounts. Copywriting Skills: Strong writing abilities for crafting engaging persuasive copy. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think strategically, and embrace a startup mindset. Versatile and Adaptive: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting quickly to the diverse needs of BELONG NYC and Altamarea Group. Strong Work Ethic: Willingness to get hands dirty and contribute across all areas of both brands. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, partners, and customers alike. Flexible Schedule: This is a hybrid role, but you must work in office, and at locations in New York City when requested.
