Description : The AGM assists in the direction and supervision of the staff as well as food and beverage service daily. Operating a bar program; developing high-end craft cocktails, curating a wine list that is on brand, and implemening beverage standards of service is crutial to this position. The AMG is required to uphold GK standards and guidlines as it relates to operating procedures, guest and employee relations, capturing revenue, and profitability. He/she is responsibile for compliance with all applicable sanitation, health, alcohol service and personal hygiene standards. Other duties include: Under the direction of the GM, ensures the restaurant is functional and meets all quality standards on a daily basis. Handles all customer complaints and resolves issues in a diplomatic, professional, and courteous manner. Oversees, inhances, executes, and continuously reviews entire beverage program from purchases to monthly inventory. Provides leadership, problem resolution, team/morale bulidling skills. Assists with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, disclipine, and termination. Achives beverage cost, food cost, and labor cost profitability expectations set forth by ownership. Ensures compliance with current laws and policies to porvide a work environment free from any harrassment and/or discriminatory behavior. Creates an atmosphere of respect, safety, and well being for all coworkers. Requirements : Bring a high level of maturity, professionalism, and morals Give inspiring pre-shifts!
