Beverage Manager

The surreal atmosphere of this awe-inspiring restaurant in the Meatpacking District combines the serenity of Asia with the flamboyance of 16th-century Paris. The menu features fanciful interpretations of Chinese dishes and delights even the most discriminating palate. We are looking for someone who has a passion for great food, wine, sake, and cocktails served with care and consistency. This position works collaboratively with our corporate team and includes developing and operating a cost-effective operation that meets and exceeds guest expectations through the delivery of high-quality beverages and service. Your responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining the systems of the restaurant, in particular as related to guest experience, sales, quality control, education, training, mentoring, cocktail and wine list development, purchasing, and inventory control.
