About the Role: Are you a strategic and results-oriented logistics professional? We're seeking a talented North American Logistics Manager to join our team. As a Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, managing, and optimizing our transportation operations to support our inbound and outbound material movement. Your Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic transportation plans for domestic and international shipments * Conduct lane analysis to identify and select the most suitable carriers * Negotiate favorable pricing agreements for parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments * Track industry trends and benchmarks to support corporate objectives * Serve as a corporate resource for specialized freight moves, data requirements, and customer shipment issue resolution * Monitor transportation activity, quality of service, delivery times, and costs * Establish and manage the annual transportation operating budget * Analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement * Adhere to company policies and procedures Who We are Looking For: * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, accounting, or inventory management * Logistics Manager with Transportation management expertise * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software * SAP experience preferred * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects * Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and ISO requirements If you are a highly motivated and strategic individual with a passion for logistics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
