K to Z Collective is a restaurant group in Montgomery County. K to Z collective owns West Ave Grille, Pizza Wheel, The Highland Restaurant and Bar, as well as a food truck. We are hiring for all THREE concepts as well as our FOOD TRUCK Taco Kidz.  Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menus - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers - Assist in the training and supervision of kitchen staff Skills: - Proficient knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques - Strong understanding of food industry standards and regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays As a Line Cook in our restaurant you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver high-quality meals to our customers.
