Now Hiring: A lead-by-example Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences and fostering a creative, collaborative environment grounded in respect and a genuine desire to serve others. About: Discover Buddakan , a surreal oasis nestled unassumingly in NYC's vibrant Meatpacking district, adjacent to Chelsea Market. The restaurant combines the serenity of Asia with the flamboyance of 16th century Paris. Otherworldly art, ornate chandeliers and a bevy of gilded details kick the senses into overdrive, setting a dramatic precedent for fanciful, shareable pan-Asian fare inspired by multiple traditions. Dim sum, noodle soups, seafood and house specialties like whole Peking duck join a bevy of elegant wines and specialty cocktails on a menu made to suit any celebration. This position offers a comprehensive package including: A Base Salary Range of $75,000- $85,000 Quarterly Bonus Program Paid Vacation and Sick Time Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Coverage Dining Discounts at over 25 Affiliated STARR Restaurants Opportunity for Career Advancement and Professional Growth Desired Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant Strong leadership and strategic management skills Ability to drive performance and success Prior familiarity with POS, ALOHA, OpenTable and Resy software systems is highly preferred A passion for Asian cuisines is a plus!
