Responsibilities * Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives related to budget, timeline, and quality are met * Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment on goals * Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation * Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies * Provide guidance and expertise in project management tools and methodologies, tailoring approaches to meet project-specific needs * Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements while driving projects to successful completion * Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and financial records * Conduct regular project reviews, providing clear updates to senior management and stakeholders and facilitating constructive feedback loops * Oversee project budgets, ensuring transparency, financial accountability, and efficient use of resources * Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging team engagement and shared ownership of project outcomes Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects, with a demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments * Strong understanding of traditional, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies * Proficiency in Microsoft Project Online and Jira * Proven expertise in financial management, including budget oversight and resource allocation Essential skills * Expertise in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project and Jira * Strong documentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills * Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to make sound decisions under pressure * Adaptive, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment * Robust risk management skills, including the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively Desired skills * PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification * Experience in the retail or sales sector, particularly with data visibility and analytics tools * Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management Experience * Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are achieved * Experience with financial management, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams * Familiarity with enhancing tools and systems to improve data visibility and analytics within the sales domain Benefits Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $85 to $95 depending on candidate's qualifications and experience.
