Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will play a crucial role in monitoring inventory levels and production reporting using IQMS software. You will be responsible for managing the production scanning process, ensuring all scans are accurately recorded in the system. Your duties will include identifying and correcting errors in production reporting, conducting regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records, and collaborating with the production and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and implement inventory control best practices. Duties and Responsibilities: * Use IQMS software to manage inventory levels, production reporting, and missed scans. * Oversee the production scanning process, ensuring accurate recording. * Identify and correct discrepancies in production reporting. * Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records. * Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to address and resolve discrepancies. * Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices. Requirements: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education. * 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. * Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in manufacturing. * Proficiency in MRP/WMS software is required. * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and move throughout the facility. * Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors. * Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work in cramped quarters.
