Clarification from the agency Open to All U.S. Citizens Help Duties As the Deputy Director of Project Management you will: * Responsible for the delivery of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of clean energy projects. * Lead projects for manufacturing, processing, and recycling facilities producing products and components essential to the clean energy and transportation economy. * Coordinates across MESC offices as well as the Under Secretary for Infrastructure, Under Secretary for Science and Innovation, and other experts across the Department of Energy. * Serve as Division Director, managing technical team in providing policy and technical support, including oversight of approximately 40 staff, including Project Officers and supervisory team. * Set all internal control standards for effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity; and assess all organizational policy, program, and project viability. * Report to the Principal Deputy Director of MESC.
