Normandeau Associates, Inc., an employee-owned environmental consulting firm, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Professional/Custodian, for their Bedford, NH corporate office location. This location consists of 2 small office buildings and a boat shed/garage area.Responsibilities:General office cleaning 2-3 times per week including:dusting, vacuuming, sweeping hardwood/vinyl floors, emptying trash and recycling from all offices; cleaning windows, glass doors, and mirrors; re-stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms.other light maintenance duties as assignedCarpet installation and removalCeiling tile/lightbulb replacementMoving furniturePainting offices and common areasGrounds maintenanceGeneral building maintenanceQualifications:Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items.Able to stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and maneuver within confined spacesPrevious maintenance experience is a plus, but not requiredSalary:$15-$18 per hour, Flex-schedule, preferably 1-7 PM or similar, Monday-Friday - No Holidays or weekendsBenefits:Medical (with HRA), Dental and VisionFlexible Spending AccountEmployer paid LTD and Basic LifeOptional additional life insurance401k with employer matchESOP programAccrued vacation and sick time2 personal days a year11 paid holidays a yearAs an employee-owned company, Normandeau Associates, Inc. offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and education and excellent benefits.
