Organizes schedules, assigns and manages daily activities of associates under their direction. This includes but is not limited to the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and related systems and facilities. Has thorough advanced training, practice, knowledge, technical and leadership skill proficiency and is considered an expert in all functional areas assigned. Must be able to assist in training other Technicians * Examines building interior and exterior and determines maintenance work needed. * Communicate and interact effectively with all customers, teammates and management. * Manage internal/external projects including scheduling and contractor/vendor interface. * Proficient in troubleshooting all Facilities systems and any other assignment required to meet the changing demands of the business. * Coordinate Technician's activities to maximize productivity. * Provides or coordinates the necessary on the job training to assigned Facilities Associates. * Perform major repairs to all equipment and evaluations to determine the needs for repair prior to equipment failure. * Ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements Click here for benefit details related to this position. #LI-WM1 Minimum Salary: $34.00 Maximum Salary: $44.62 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Qualifications Your Experience * Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the Facilities Services field. * Ability to effectively work in a Team environment. * Maintain a flexible schedule necessary to support the needs of the business. * Must be flexible with work assignment and schedules. When needed individual could be assigned to any of our Central Ohio operations to perform the same or similar work. Shift schedules start/end times and days of the week may also be adjusted based on business requirements. * Working knowledge with PC based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets & scheduling.
