Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor supports the account team in coordination and execution of digital campaigns. This is a remote position supporting West Coast clients. You Will: * Manage client status reports and meetings * Support a variety of integrated campaigns across digital scope * Lead project execution through agency and client processes, working with teammates in creative, martech and operations * Complete project intake with the client asking the right questions to set the agency up for success * Write project briefs, reviews manuscripts and layouts with an eye for good creative and pharmaceutical advertising compliance rules & regulations * Review content & creative in determining if it meets client goals and standards * Participate in strategy and planning meetings with account lead * Internally project manages in Workfront until content is Marketing approved * Communicate well verbally and in written form * Manage daily finances within the SOW You Have: * Bachelor's degree * At least 4+ years of experience * Integrated digital experience * Attentive to details and processes * Independently completes responsibilities with high level of comfort working in a virtual-based model Preferred: * Flexibility to West Coast working hours aligning to our client's location Inizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off About Inizio Evoke: We're a global full-service health marketing agency that creates and accelerates transformative health brands, businesses, and experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.
