Front Desk Representative (FT 7a - 3pm)

The Front Desk Representative at the Cardinal provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.   Full Time: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm Rate of Pay:$16.50/HR Paid Vacation / Sick Time /  7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401KFree Meal each shift  What will I do every day?Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the communityAssist residents with requests as needed  Answer incoming callsMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel What will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayHave excellent customer service skills6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredSenior Living experience a plusHotel experience a plus  What's in it for me?
