Customer Service Email Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service. Key Responsibilities: + Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email in a timely and professional manner. + Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. + Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. + Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. + Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. + Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues. + Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. + Continuously improve through feedback and training.
