Customer Experience Specialist

Description We are in search of a diligent Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Mt Laurel, New Jersey. This role primarily revolves around customer service and data entry. You will be trained to handle various types of customer inquiries, assisting high-risk drivers to find insurance coverage. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, allowing the right candidate to transition into a more long-term position. Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions - Provide accurate and efficient data entry services - Collaborate with a small team to ensure efficient operation - Transition to remote work after the initial training period - Utilize your customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required - Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary - Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
