To learn more about us visit: .#LI-CB2Description:The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interfacingwith domestic and international customers, both internal and external, to accurately enter orders,resolve order discrepancies, and other related customer service functions such as order tracking,supplying documents, providing pricing, and sharing product information.Key Responsibilities: Handle customers inquiries and resolve issues adhering to company and/or departmental policiesand procedures ensuring customer satisfaction. Processing customer purchase orders and/or orders from internal customers. Coordination with manufacturing facility or other department (marketing, finance, etc.) oncustomer issues or large projects. Knowledge of product line to answer customer questions and/or process purchase orders. Ensure the Voice of the Customer is forwarded to Manager, Customer Service. Effective time management, planning, organization, tracking and follow-up to ensure customersand/or assignments are resolved and/or responded to in a timely manner. Independent problem solving and decision making. Managing multiple priorities and tasks. Interacting with associates in various areas throughout the organization. Identifying improvements to systems and/or processes utilizing the Vontier Business System(VBS) tools. Participation on Kaizens (workshops). Qualifications: Associate degree and/or 3+ years related Customer Service experience. Excellent computer skills with focus on MS Word, Excel and Email. Typing speed of 50 WPM. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Must be multi-tasked oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
