Customer Service Representative

Description In this role, you will manage international shipments from initial documentation to final delivery. You will collaborate with internal teams, airlines, and warehouses to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with shipment requirements. Responsibilities: + Understand international shipping processes and documentation from purchase order to delivery. + Prepare and process documentation for air shipments. + Distribute accurate and timely shipment documents to carriers, customers, and agents. + Use industry knowledge to address and resolve issues. + Coordinate shipment tasks such as bills of lading, tracking, and invoicing. + Manage and ensure data accuracy in shipment systems. + Maintain master records and ensure routing accuracy according to INCOterms. + Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors. + Foster teamwork and positive working relationships. + Ensure compliance with company, local, and global regulations.
