Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US) Employment Type: Long-term contract (6 months to 1 year with potential for extensions and conversions) Compensation: $19/hr Start Date: 12/2 Shifts Available: + 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) + 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST) + 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST) + 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PST (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST) Training: 3 weeks of training, Monday-Friday, typically 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST) or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST) Key Responsibilities: + Handle customer service inquiries and problems. + Manage primarily inbound calls (50-100+ daily) on specific mortgage campaigns. + Occasionally handle outbound calls as needed. + Work on various campaigns including refinances, home equities, insurance, home warranties, and security systems. + Engage with existing borrowers to discuss specific products and transfer interested customers to sales representatives. Top Skills & Qualifications: + Must-Haves: High School Diploma or GED. + Sales or upselling experience (in-person or over the phone). + 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience. + Openness to occasional outbound calls, primarily handling inbound calls. + Nice-to-Haves: Experience in Mortgage, Banking, Financial, Warm/Cold Calling, Telemarketing, or Surveys. + No previous or active real estate licenses or NMLS loan licenses (due to conflict of interest).
