What You'll Do We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead our apparel manufacturing efforts at our Sparta, TN plant. This role will oversee the production schedule and ensure quality, efficiency, and cost management, with a primary focus on the Sewing and Embroidery production areas. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily: * Supervise and maintain manufacturing capacity for apparel products produced in Sparta, TN. * Assist in the planning process to achieve on-time delivery goals. * Work with vendors and the Purchasing Manager to ensure raw materials and supplies are available timely while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. * Ensure tracking reports (Filemaker) are updated and maintained. * Ensure all products meet the quality expectations established by the quality control department * Communicate effectively with teams in Graphics, Product Development, Consumer Experience, and Management Staff in Plant, as well as with vendors. * Promote a continuous improvement culture to reduce costs and shorten lead times. * Ensure manufacturing locations comply with Plant standards. * Ensure all team members are adequately cross-trained in production areas. * Supervise a team of approximately 20-30 employees. What We're Looking For We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of apparel manufacturing experience. A Bachelors Degree in textile engineering, supply chain, industrial engineering or similar is preferred, but not required.
