Our goal is to create a memorable dining experience that reflects the rich flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine while aiming for a Michelin star in our new home. Are you a charismatic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Lead Host to join our dynamic team at Passerine. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while overseeing the hosting staff with our Maitre'd.  Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly demeanor. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to ensure a smooth dining experience. Supervise and train hosting staff, providing guidance and support. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to coordinate guest needs. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Ensure the host area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Qualifications: Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
