Front of House Manager

Momoya UWS is a staple Japanese restaurant located in the Upper West Side has been serving the neighborhodd for more than a decade and counting. We are currently expanding our management team with a FLOOR MANAGER position. This position is a full-time salaried position including benefits (TBD). Responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Ensuring service standards are upheld - Human Resources management - Staff training and scheduling - Financial reporting - Guest management - Inventory management - Facility maintenance Ideal candidate would possess: - at least 5 years of restaurant management - DOH food handler's certification - Japanese food knowledge - Sake and wine knowledge
