To support that challenge, the North America Vegetable Seeds team is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Woodland, CA. What You Will Be Doing:Responsible for establishing and maintaining solid relationships with assigned customer base. Supply timely responses regarding product, pricing, and program information.Provide customer service by answering phone calls, message taking and assisting with transactions.Respond to all questions from customers in an efficient manner while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism.Tracking of all shipments. This includes obtaining and generating all necessary documentation.Responsible for notifying customers and Account Manager of their shipment with all necessary information, including tracking details, timelines, etc.Provide support to Syngenta Vegetable Seeds Platform, assist in other office duties as needed.QualificationsWhat Sets You Apart:Associate Degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing or related field, and, OR3+ years' experience in Horticulture, Agronomy, or AgribusinessStrong data processing and & analytical acumenExperience in working as part of multi-functional teams.Excellent time management skillsFocus on creating value for our customers.Additional InformationWhat We Offer:Full Benefit Package (Medical, Dental & Vision) that starts the same day you do. 401k plan with company match, Profit Sharing & Retirement Savings Contribution.
