What you'll do... * Supervise, evaluate, and empower a salary and hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements. * Confirm standards are in place. * Support issues raised by team members. * Plan changes to the system. * Manage changes in the system. * Communication and Recognition. * Create a conductive work environment for the team(s) to complete their asigned responsibilities / tasks. * Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts. * Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership. * Build strong interpersonal relationships with salary and hourly team members, union, and management teams.
