If you like to make things happen and are passionate about what you do, you're going to want to be here.Join us and become part of the power behind possible.About The OpportunityProcesses orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfactionEnsures timely order entry and proactively manages order timelines for assigned account(s)Proactively monitors open orders to advise key stakeholders of possible lead time challengesDemonstrates knowledge of Menasha's products and capabilities to align with customer's products and objectivesReceives and responds to customer complaints and processes appropriate corrective actionsSupports pricing requestsMonitors product inventory to assure availability for production and/or distribution to customer; works with management to disposition aging inventoryPrepares purchase orders for outside materialsPrepares and reviews required business reportsSupports continuous improvement initiativesEducation & Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience requiredPrior display, graphic, and/or contract packaging industry experience preferredExperience in ERP platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint; SAP knowledge preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to design, implement and execute CRM business processes and associated applicationsKnowledge of and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyaltyKnowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the customer support function or departmentFamiliarity with organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactionsKnowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customerKnowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requestsSAP knowledge preferredPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentPrimarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse settingPosition may be based at Menasha Packaging site Knowledge of and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyaltyKnowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the customer support function or departmentFamiliarity with organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactionsKnowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customerKnowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requestsPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentPrimarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse settingPosition may be based at Menasha Packaging siteTwo companies, one vision.Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
