EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Be able to read, write and follow instructions SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Be able to complete entry level computer skills, ability to follow Carle behavior standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Completes paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. * Performs janitorial duties as they relate to facilities. * Conducts entry level environmental maintenance checks. * Moves furniture, equipment and records to and from warehouses. * Performs assigned preventative maintenance duties including fire extinguisher inspections and emergency lighting. * Change HVAC air filters. * Clean supply and return vents. * Replace stained and dirty ceiling tiles. * Clean sprinkler heads.
