In addition, we have an office on northeast side of Indianapolis where the Procurement and Supplier Development Department, Business Development and Product Engineering are now located. We have a third location in Troy, Michigan which houses our Sales Engineering, Logistics Distribution Center for USA, and Customer Resident Engineering. Plans and directs sales activities for Presta steering products by performing the following duties personally and/or through subordinates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Employee will work as assigned. Directives and assignments may include tasks, duties and responsibilities that are not listed in this Job Description. * Develop and Implement business strategy in coordination with Customer Business Units. * Responsible for determining new business growth for customers. * Coordinates sales and commercial activities with the corresponding Presta customer business units (CBU). * Negotiate new business agreements with customer as coordinated with the CBU. * Negotiates annual price agreements with customer as coordinated with the CBU. * Provide and develop product sales volume forecasts and monthly rolling forecasts. * Present Presta and steering products to customer. Prepare and present customer business overview to internal management. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience. Minimum 3-5 years as an account manager in the automotive market.
