Production Supervisor

Description Position at Keystone Powdered Metal Company Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Production Supervisor who will be working in our Lewis Run, PA location. This person will report to the Production Manager. Job Duties and Responsibilities Oversee production activities and personnelProvide day to day direction to employeesEnsure that all direct reports are informed of and adhere to all pertinent company rules, regulations, procedures, and policiesActively participate in training and evaluation of employees in a timely mannerPrior supervisory experienceSelf-motivation, organizational and communication SkillsAbility to manage and motivate team membersLead by example and drive Safety and Continuous ImprovementQualificationsHS Diploma or GED required2 years' experience requiredCompensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location.
