**Description:** **Production Completion Supervisor F/-16** **Location: Greenville SC** **What You Will Be Doing** Are you ready to lead and inspire a skilled team in the completion of F/-16V Block 70 for the Mate assembly As the F/-16 Production Completion Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance in your assigned production area/. Greenville, SC This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville/. **Basic Qualifications:** 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair, or Overhaul /(MMRO/) Operations/. Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues/. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints/. Experience interacting with internal/external customers/. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: **Desired Skills:** Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college Ability to multi/-task, organize and prioritize assignments/. Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA "Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license/. Structural repair, fabrication, and assembly experience Recent fighter aircraft experience Ability to obtain a security clearance as required/. Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance/. Earned Value Management System /(EVMS/) experience/. Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
