This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in inventory management, specifically in cycle counting and stock control. The Inventory Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levelsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse staff as neededUpdate and maintain inventory records, ensuring data accuracy within inventory management systemsPrepare inventory reports and support audits as requiredCommunicate with the team to ensure alignment on inventory processes and needs Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, specifically with cycle counting, preferably in the logistics or warehousing industryProficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and troubleshoot issues related to inventoryStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
