The Hardscape & Landscape Foreman leads a crew completing various projects for residential and commercial clients.Responsibilities:Lead a landscaping & hardscaping crewOperate trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely and efficientlyTrain new crew membersAccurately report time and material usageOther tasks and responsibilities as need or directed Requirements:Sufficient hardscaping experience: brick pavers, retaining walls, steps, etc.Sufficient landscaping experience: trees, shrubs, lawn, mulch, stone, etc.Valid driver's licenseChauffeur's license or ability to obtainAble to safely operate skid-steer, brick saw, truck & trailer, laser level, and other necessary tools and equipmentAble to set grade for walls and patiosBe reliable, dependable, and a team playerAble to safely handle the physical demands of the jobCompensation & Benefits:Hourly - $28-$38 based on experience and capabilitiesHealth insurance401(k)  This description is for informational purposes and not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities or requirements.
