General Summary: This position manages the business relationship between the major accounts, sales representatives and the company. Major Responsibilities: * Maintains and builds relationships with key decision makers. Reviews trends with buyers weekly. Implements season profitability plans. Review weekly sales performance. * Analyze customer business opportunities. * Conduct presentations and meetings with key customers. * Recommend and implement marketing strategies. * Influence company inventory. * Participation in shoe shows. * Coordinate merchandising. * Sales team support. * Special projects as required * Perform Account Associate duties as needed * Communications with all levels of customer service / production. * Other duties may be assigned. Specific Job Skills: * Detail-oriented, assertive and able to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment * Strong follow-up and completion skills. * Independently examines complex information and/or situations, evaluates potential impact, options, and makes recommendations. * Ability to calculate percentages, work with fractional number, and perform analysis, including proficiency with retail mathematics. * Ability to perform complex verbal and written communications face-to-face and in-group settings. Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience: * A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required * Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel * 1-3 years experience in a related field Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $100,000 - $110,000. Actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
