We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician.What you will be doingPrepare apartments for new move in's and complete "make-ready" process of vacant apartmentsComplete resident service requests and repairs in a timely mannerMaintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas, including snow, bulk trash and debris removal when neededPerform routine maintenance and inspections for equipmentRequired to take emergency pager/phone after hours and responds to emergency calls on a rotating scheduleWhat you will bring along+2 years of experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbingHVAC certificationValid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desiredHigh level of professionalism in both manner and dressExcellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectivelyExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills We Take Care of Our People - we offer competitive salary & employee benefits1,000 SIGN IN BONUS!
