**Description:** **F/-16 Production Completion Supervisor** **Location: Greenville SC** **What You Will Be Doing** As the F/-16 Production Completion Supervisor in Greenville, SC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the final assembly and completion processes for the F/-16V Block 70/. This position requires a strong leader to manage a highly skilled workforce, ensuring all production targets are met in safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance/. You will collaborate closely with teams to drive continuous process improvements and ensure seamless operations/. To be considered for this opportunity, candidate must be a US citizen/. **Basic Qualifications:** At least 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Aircraft Structure Modification, Repair or Overhaul /(MMRO/) Operations/. Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues/. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints/. Experience interacting with internal/external customers/. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint/. **Desired Skills:** Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college Ability to multi/-task, organize and prioritize assignments/. Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA "Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license/. Structural repair, fabrication, and assembly experience Recent fighter aircraft experience Ability to obtain a security clearance as required/. Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance/. Earned Value Management System /(EVMS/) experience/. Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics/.
