What You'll Do: Champion a culture of Enlightened Hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests, recognizing VIPs and regulars while cultivating new relationships. Provide accurate wait times and go above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs and preferences. Serve as a key link between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen, ensuring smooth and clear communication. Work with focus, efficiency, and urgency, maintaining poise under pressure. Exhibit knowledge of reservation strategies and proficiency with SevenRooms, optimizing guest bookings. Collaborate with management and guest experience teams to "build the book" and increase cover counts, balancing business needs with exceptional guest experiences. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in a guest-facing role within the restaurant industry. Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
