OneMain Financial is looking for a Manager to join our Card Analytics team in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a leader to help grow our credit card business. In this critical role, this leader will be responsible for growing the card business by having a significant responsibility within the Cards Existing Customer Management team, providing direct support to the operations team.A successful candidate will expand their competencies and grow their business and industry acumen, as well as demonstrate the ability to work on complex processes or projects across the end-to-end project cycle. Build exception reports to serve as the foundation of first line of defense risk and control effortsWork closely with Head of Operations and broader analytics team to identify expense optimization opportunities across communication channels, customer management strategies, and supplier billing practicesCreate analytical frameworks that enable use of data & testing to increase operational efficiencySelf-motivated and organized - a high degree of comfort managing multiple stakeholders and team members; Knowledge of consumer-lending best practices, including the use of advanced statistical techniques and data sources~ OneMain Financial (NYSE: OMF) is the leader in offering nonprime customers responsible access to credit and is dedicated to improving the financial well-being of hardworking Americans.
