OPENING NOVEMBER 14th!! Line Cook Position - 20 Seat, Williamsburg Bar. Position Overview: Experienced line cook needed for quality-driven kitchen. Reports to GM and Owners, responsible for consistent food preparation while maintaining high standards and working efficiently in a team environment. Requirements: - 2+ years kitchen experience - Mastery of classic cooking techniques, sauces, and knife skills - Strong understanding of food safety protocols - Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and lifting - Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays - Excellent communication and organizational skills Key Responsibilities: - Execute dishes to our specifications - Follow recipes and prep lists accurately - Maintain clean workspace and proper food handling - Work efficiently under pressure - Collaborate effectively with kitchen, floor, and management. Work Environment: Professional kitchen focused on culinary excellence. Fast-paced atmosphere requiring focus, composure, and commitment to quality. Ideal Candidate: Self-motivated professional with proven experience, looking to grow in an expanding restaurant group.
