Libera is an upcoming new space for wine, music and events at an underground venue in Nomad. The bar will source wines from an eclectic mix of producers from all over the world, specifically highlighting small wine makers, esoteric styles and affordable bottles. A short menu of charcuterie, cheese, tinned seafood, and preserves sourced from unique purveyors. We are seeking talented and passionate servers with wine experience for our opening team. This is an opportunity to work in a professional yet lighthearted environment and be part of a bold, new concept. Duties include: - Full knowledge of the menu and dish components - Knowledge of beverages, including wine BTG, house cocktails, and beer - Following all service standards - Directing and assisting support staff in marking, clearing, and maintaining tables - Completing sidework before and after the shift - Tracking all payments and completing closing reports - Maintaining open communication with managers and kitchen team 2+ years of experience in New York City hospitality service or similar experience is preferred.
