Overview Join our team as a Project Manager in support of the DOJ Office of Audit, Assessment, and Management (OAAM) by managing large, complex support services projects. Work Schedule and Location: On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Washington, DC. Responsibilities * The Project Manager shall have demonstrated ability in independently initiating, leading, and managing large, complex support services projects. * Proven ability and success leading and managing multiple simultaneous projects and a staff of senior level personnel to meet strategic goals. * Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle project management including project planning, risk identification and mitigation, and estimating and monitoring costs. * Responsible for overall task order performance and shall ensure that submitted deliverables are accurate, timely, and of high quality. * The Project Manager will work with the Office of Audit, Assessment, and Management (OAAM) leadership at critical points during the workflow process to ensure all milestones, deliverables and products are being met and/or produced in a timely and high-quality fashion. * Oversee directly or delegate tasks and may be expected to participate in the completion of assigned tasks on an as-needed basis. * Expected to have working knowledge of federal grant-making policies, procedures, and administration. * The Project Manager shall have demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in working in a fast-paced environment, where priorities routinely shift with an emphasis on mission needs. * The Project Manager shall meet and confer with the COR and applicable task monitors regarding the status of specific day-to-day activities and problems, issues, or conflicts requiring resolution. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree Public Policy or Project or Program Management, or a related discipline with 10 years of relevant experience with planning, conducting, and participating in the experiences described above OR a Master's degree with 8 years relevant experience. * Working knowledge of federal grant-making policies, procedures, and administration. * Experience in full lifecycle project management including project planning, risk identification and mitigation, and estimating and monitoring costs. * PMP certification is required.
