Provide consistent and constructive feedback to process workers to ensure an environment of continued growth and improved efficiency. Conduct interviews for new staff in conjunction with HR to ensure a high performing team is maintained Train and onboard new staff Complete bi-annual performance assessments of all staff Oversee safety procedures and make sure they are adhered to Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details. Insure employees are doing the same.
