Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our customer service operations and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via incoming calls and follow up calls. - Supports program implementation through direct interaction with customers interested in energy efficiency services. - Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed. - Performs administrative tasks directly related to the daily implementation and support of residential and commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. - Responsible for managing customer interactions including call activity, internet activity and tracking system lead processing for residential and/or commercial/industrial customers, as needed. - May also aid in reporting and rebate processing for energy efficiency programs. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service/call center and/or administrative roles is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred. Details: - Pay: $20/hr. - Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental and vision benefits offered. - Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm - Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office Tue/Wed, 3 days work from home.
