Broiler Cook

The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud's internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is excited to announce the first steakhouse to its extensive profile,  La Tíªte d'Or by Daniel. This new concept will blend the classic American steakhouse with the Parisian dining scene. La Tíªte d'Or by Daniel will feature a 150-person main dining area, a cocktail bar in a dramatic lounge, private dining room, and an exclusive private omakase steak and seafood table to enjoy a unique dining experience. The Broiler Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of cooked meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables on a grill or broiler, following established recipes and standards. This job requires an understanding of kitchen operations, proper food handling and sanitation practices, and excellent knife skills. The Broiler Cook must be able to work quickly and accurately to produce high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
