The Dinex Group, Chef Daniel Boulud's internationally acclaimed restaurant group, is excited to announce the first steakhouse to its extensive profile, La Tíªte d'Or by Daniel. This new concept will blend the classic American steakhouse with the Parisian dining scene. La Tíªte d'Or by Daniel will feature a 150-person main dining area, a cocktail bar in a dramatic lounge, private dining room, and an exclusive private omakase steak and seafood table to enjoy a unique dining experience. The Broiler Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of cooked meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables on a grill or broiler, following established recipes and standards. This job requires an understanding of kitchen operations, proper food handling and sanitation practices, and excellent knife skills. The Broiler Cook must be able to work quickly and accurately to produce high-quality dishes in a timely manner. Additionally, the Broiler Cook must ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is presented in an attractive manner. Essential Duties Cook chicken, fish, and other meats according to recipes Regulate temperature of broilers, grills, and other cooking equipment Monitor food quality and portion sizes Keep kitchen clean and organized Check inventory of supplies and order items as needed Comply with food safety regulations Ability to work in a hot and humid environment Ability to read and follow recipes Ability to use commercial kitchen equipment Ability to follow food safety regulations Ability to work in a fast paced environment Positions require: Full availability - daytime hours, evening hours and weekends Reference Check The Dinex Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
