Overview TRC Advanced Energy (TRC) is a nationally known energy efficiency consultancy. TRC collaborates with clients to develop and implement market transforming programs and initiatives that promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building in multiple market sectors across the US and around the world. These initiatives reduce energy costs, improve the health and safety conditions of buildings, while also helping the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. TRC acts nationally to address some of our country's most challenging problems: global climate change and energy independence. TRC desires to hire a Project Manager 1 focused on Commercial and Multifamily RTEM project administration,and support the close-out of the RTEM program through 2026. The day-to-day responsbilities for this position include coordination/communication with program vendors, review of vendor submitted project & technical deliverables, issuance of payments to vendors for project milestones, tracking of KPIs, and reporting on program/project progress. This person should be well-versed or experienced with local & state government/utility energy efficiency incentive program implementation. Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of vendor submitted incentive projects. Tracking project milestone due dates Communication with assigned vendors on submission timelines and deliverable approval status Reviewing submitted project deliverables Issuing project incentive payments Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team Qualifications Bachelors degree required; Bachelors of Science Preferred. Familiarity with NEIS, SharePoint and Salesforce. Ability to manage an assigned pool of real-time engery management (RTEM) vendor projects Excellent external and customer communications skills - both written and verbal Must be a capable Microsoft Excel user, with working knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Graph functionality Must have previous experience with utility and/or government incentive program implementation General knowledge of building HVAC systems and common Energy Efficiency measures General knowledge of common energy management strategies within Commercial & Multifamily buildings General knowledge of New York State Technical Resource Manual, and ability to perform savings calculations using this resourc Our Mission We understand our clients' goals, and embrace them as our own, applying creativity, experience, integrity and dedication to deliver superior solutions to the world's energy, environment and infrastructure challenges. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
