Personal Development Personal Development: We offer a variety of trainings to ensure you can develop in your career. location_on Milan, OH On-Site trip_origin Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership You support our team as 2nd Shift Lead arrow_drop_down Responsibilitiesarrow_right * Delegates and assigns work duties. * Coordinates departmental activities with other FNGP personnel, cells, and support functions, internal and external to this facility. * Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence or any nonconformity relating to product, process, and quality system either directly or by recommendation through designated channels. * Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. * Support the training and maintain the training matrix within their assigned zone and reporting job classes. * Engages and develops team for continuous improvement. * Identifies and addresses safety concerns. * Leads by example and enables a positive workplace. * Reports work results, concerns, and improvement ideas up the organization. * Assign job responsibilities and evaluate for completion. Qualificationsarrow_right * HS diploma or equivalent. * Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required to successfully lead a large team. * Previous experience in leading people. * Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word. * Experience with ERP or EMS operations systems required: specific knowledge of SAP and Bartender software a plus. * Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees.
