The Opportunity Delaware North is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our corporate PMO team. As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of technology projects. You'll complete this work by partnering with a wide variety of business units and programs across our organization. Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $79900 - $107800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. These are just some of the benefits we offer: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with up to 4% company match * Annual performance bonus based on level, as well as individual, company, and location performance * Paid vacation days and holidays * Paid parental bonding leave * Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement * Generous friends-and-family discounts at many of our hotels and resorts Responsibilities * Lead the planning and implementation of projects across the enterprise, including major point of sale, mobile application, and suite implementations for new stadium constructions as well as enterprise software installation and new solution evaluations and facility additions * Facilitate and ensure communications to business leadership and sponsors are comprehensive to facilitate project success * Facilitate the approval of project scope, cost, and schedule * Forecast resource allocation requirements: define project tasks and resource requirements as key inputs into weekly forecast meetings * Coordinate internal and external resources and define the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customers, management, management, project team, vendors, and others affected by the project * Execute project initiatives driving successful project completion including organizing and conducting project team meetings, project kick-off meetings, and setting expectations related to team meetings with sub-teams * Develop risk plan, facilitate contingency plan actions and conduct regular risk analysis reviews * Identify, track, monitor, escalate and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects. Facilitate solutions with the appropriate customer(s) * Ensure proper documentation and facilitate the transition to support * Complete close-out activities including project financial reconciliations and lessons learned * Facilitate the negotiation with vendors and contractors while leveraging internal Delaware North Procurement expertise to secure infrastructure-specific products and services * Facilitate the preparation of RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for projects and associated efforts Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred * Demonstrated 8-10 years' experience with PMI PMBOK * Demonstrated ability to manage Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Project methodologies * Knowledge of theoretical with the practical application of project management techniques and tools * Experience in risk identification, project management, and mitigation * Proficient in project management software (MS Project and Jira) * Some high-priority or strategic initiatives may require extended hours and/or travel * Must be proficient in Project Documentation: MS Project Plans, RAID Logs, Status Reports.
