FOH labor costs ï‚· Ensure opening/closing checklist is in use and complete when opening or closing restaurant. ï‚· Leading Captains meetings and concerns ï‚· Create/approve FOH schedule for 2 weeks out within budget and send to GM for approval (includes servers, bussers, cleaners) by Weds EOB. ï‚· Coordinate with special events person weekly and adjust schedule accordingly. ï‚· Pre-shift meetings with employees ï‚· Run service and floor during peak hours (brunch and dinner services) ï‚· Coordinate training and testing for all new FOH employees ï‚· All first interviews for FOH ï‚· Handle all FOH employee daily concerns. ï‚· Daily labor reconciliation management. ï‚· Touch every table to ensure quality of service and to uphold standards of the guest experience. ï‚· Handle any kitchen or guest complaints throughout service
