Who We're Looking For We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team! As the Floor Manager, you will oversee the breakfast and lunch team, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage. Responsibilities Include Train, develop, and motivate all staff, with a special emphasis on the Front Door team. Organize, supervise and execute shifts during breakfast and lunch, including overseeing scheduling. Deliver superior service and optimize client dining experience on a daily, consistent basis. Ensure exceptional service standards are upheld during breakfast and lunch shifts. Coordinate daily team briefings on menu changes, service standards, and team acknowledgements. Monitor cleanliness and set-up within the restaurant. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Essential Duties Adept with all restaurant technology (reservation management, POS, purchasing, labor-management) Candidates should demonstrate creativity and a commitment to brand success Demonstrate an emphasis on driving business while improving quality and guest retention. Performing high level of customer/guest service and guest interaction by exhibiting a friendly personality and engaging guests consistently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area. Administrative duties such as inventory and purchasing. Qualifications Effective, respectful, and clear communication skills to staff members, management and guests. Strong background in fine dining (ideally Michelin-level service), experience as a Maitre'd, and/or knowledge of service standards Must have fine dining experience, Michelin Star experience is a plus. Must be capable, trustworthy, have integrity, and have experience deescalating. Ability to train, motivate and support restaurant staff.
