Bartender

Highly anticipated restaurant opening is looking for a bartender to join our team, for immediate hire.  This  is an ideal position for a seasoned bartender looking to hone their skills, or a current head bartender looking to take the next step in their bar career by learning directly from the management/ownership team how to operate a successful cocktail bar. This role requires attention to detail and strong work ethic. REQUIREMENTS Perferred 2 years + experience in a fast paced cocktail-centric environment as a bartender  Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as bending and standing) for long periods of time.  Vast knowledge of spirits and wine  Must have full schedule availability Must be able to take constructive criticisms and work well with others Prodution of prep for cocktail ingredients including but not limited to cordials, infusions, and tinctures using precise recipes and methods An eye for detail and appreciation for cleaniness and organization.  Abitlity to read the room  Work closely with management/ownership on cocktail creations and new menu rollouts  Maintain a clean and organized work area that is up to par with DOH requirements
