Pizza Chef

Friedmans Restaurant Group is excited to venture into Italian cuisine as we open two new concept in 2025. Our vision for personable hospitality, excellent food, and inspirational libations shine through as we frame these new menus. Our Hudson Yards location will offer homemade pizzas and pastas in an intimate neighborhood friendly setting. Her sister, in Herald Square, will offer a more casual Italian sandwich counter experience. We are looking for executive chefs to run both locations.  You are:  - A driven restauranteur with 3+ years experience in Italian Cuisine.  - Eager to participate in creative menu development.  - Experienced in BOH hiring and training.  - Experienced in guiding kitchen teams while maintaining respect and upholding standards set by ownership. - Experienced in purchasing and maintaining profitable food costs.  - Willing to pitch in and execute any task with an "all hands on deck" attitude.  We look forward to meeting you!
