750151 Charlie Service Center Clerk, Boston, MA, 8 Months Contract Sigma Inc is looking for a Charlie Service Center Clerk to work onsite with our team in Boston, MA. This is with Commonwealth of MA and with Charlie Card Store. Will be required to work onsite at 7 Chauncy Street. Description : Produce CharlieCards for the general public and reduced fare customers within the CharlieCards Store. Roles and responsibilities: Each of these employees will receive extensive training for specific purposes, which includes AFC System (Automated Fare Collection) training and Ticket Office Machine (TOM) training which enables them to produce CharlieCards for the general public and reduced fare customers within the CharlieCards Store. Scope of Work Responsibilities include creating CharlieCards for general public and reduced fare customers utilizing the AFC system and TOM, responding to customer e-mails/complaints, answering telephone calls, inputting/data entry into our web-based mailing system and various spreadsheets, mailing reduced fare CharlieCards to customers, updating our TAP (Transportation Access Pass) database, performing various other duties to assist with servicing our customers.
